Syteline Error(132)

Dear All,

I am getting error no 132 when i first click on syteline icon. the exact error is that DATABASE ALREADY CONNECTED(132) this message appear two times if we click ok means then we will enter into to admin screen.please any one tell me how to resolve this issue.
