I'm in Progress 8.3D Enterprise, Syteline 4.0210.
Once a while, our users are facing problem when clicking the binoculars on the GUI screen to do a find.
It took very long for that browser to come out and it will prompt you a message which says "Encounter ...image resource not found".
After a few minutes, the user click another time on the binoculars. it comes back to normal again.
I do not know where does the slowness comes from?
I suspect it is the db itself since it is listing out data from db when click on the binoculars.
Another suspect might be that many users are using the search at the same time which cause netwk slowness, which affect the searching of the program/image file and that's why it causes this error.
It does not happen everytime.
Any advise from anyone?
