I have a need to routinely update data objects in Eloqua with local systems data from my organization. For example, I have a table of support tickets grouped by contact email address, and I want to use that table to segment communications. If a customer has recently opened a support ticket, I want to remove them from sales promotions until that ticket is resolved, and then I want to add them to a warming campaign that aims to restore trust with our brand. To do this, eloqua requires the data relative to who has opened/closed tickets reside in the automation platform. I'm hoping the datadirect cloud connector for Eloqua can be enhanced to support INSERT and UPDATE commands so I can avoid licensing an additional connector with another company.
