Subcontact: Sub Shipper Maint. Error.

Hi...

I am getting an error "Unable to convert weight UM for item / from um / to um .....kg" when i try to issue an item in 18.22.5.5 sub shipper maintainance..

Am not able to figure out what is the cause of this error...can anybody guide me ?

Hi Vikas

Your error indicates the following. You make use of different volume Unit of Measures within ONE shipper. When doing this, you have to be consistent from the top of the shipper until the most detailed line. Each time MFG tries to find a unit of measure conversion between two levels.

The error indicates that you have not defined the conversion between different volume unit of measures in 1.13. Or it is possible that you forgot to enter a volume unit of measure on the top or a sub-level. This happens when you by accident have cleared it by pressing space-bar.

Check also the default volume unit of measure of the item you want to use in either 1.4.1 or 1.4.5.

Next time add the version of MFG your using, please.
