What is -yx parameter?
How do we use that?

Use Statistics with Cross-reference (-yx) to collect procedure call statistics and write them to an output file.

What part of the docs is unclear?

Personally, except for the r-code swapping data, I don't find it very useful. The profiler provides the same call frequency data in a much more useful form.
