SQL Explorer Error : "Exceeding permissible number of connections"

Hi All, While i am connecting to SQL Explorer tool, i am getting the following error.

"Exceeding permissible number of connections"

and while connecting to any other tool i am getting the following error

"path\datbasename.db" is in use in multi user mode.

This datbase is already started to run the MFG/Pro application.

Could any body give me a solution to solve this issue.
