SQL arrays and loop

Not a SQL guru- Is possible to perform a sql query using a loop to fetch values from a field arrays?

Can someone show an example?

in sql92 the array field are not separate like in sql89. To get one item of the array u've to use subsrting function. u can also make some sql view with pogress tools
