Does anyone know under what conditions the exchange rate frame pops up when in Sales Order Maintenance?

One thing is that the order currency is different from base currency, but more conditions seem to apply. Any hint is welcome.

Found it...
The first condition is that the order currency differs from base currency.
The second is that the order is still unconfirmed.
