Well, no. Not unless you mean something different than I would mean by "HPC".
Progress is the ultimate Advanced Business Language. But "high performance computing"? That's a completely different topic. You aren't going to be using Progress to simulate climate change scenarios and such. But you can certainly use Progress to run a major global business.
