smtpmail question

There seems to be several .p's assoicated with smtpmail (5.7). I ran this before under 10 1.b, on a windows 2003 SBS system. No problem and I don't remember having to add these files, like b64encode.p. Did not have any problems. Now I am at a new place that is running both char and GUI version of OE. The char version is running under UNIX. My question is do I need to be concerned? Is there an smtpmail.zip file that has all the 'needed' files? I was able to find 5.8c and download it, but have not tried to run it (yet :lol:).

Was able to figure this one out. Yes the files are needed, if you need the files. gethost for sure. What I do not have a copy of is the b64encode.p code. Does anyone have a copy?
