smit user.

i want to gen. user for super user like root.
but when i use smit user command is this error.

in my system group is

system,staff,bin,sys,adm,uucp,mail,security,cron,printq,audit,ecs,
nobody,usr,perf,shutdown,lp,invscout,snapp,ipsec,qad,gst,ldap

in my gen. user is
system,staff,bin,sys,adm,security,cron,printq,audit,shutdown,lp

and then i must to add to another group?
