Site Problems

I am getting the message:

Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class. Template name: welcome_headers in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3984

on every page and when I press next to go to the next message in a forum I get another error and the screen freezes so that I have to navigate back to the forum to get to another message. Also, the screen layout for creating a message is messed up to some extent. This is on FF.

Just a small hiccup from the server move. All should be back to normal now.
