Folks.
Some Bits & Bytes
Updated The SMTPComObject Ip to accept a string for the content
input. Now (MemoryString or FlatFile)
Combine this with the Ip_mergeTextWithDynamicData &
ip_ConverttextFileToString & you have a basic mail merge to email
Anyway, It works for what I need.
Also included a couple of ip's to convert date & time to 14 digit datatime strings.
I use this alot to sort events & notifications by datetime.
UseFull..
The ConvertTextFileToString code, is not actually mine, I just wrapped it as an Ip. It was actually grabbed from a post at
Progress Talk. ThankYou..
The SMTPcomObject ip works with EasyMail Objects 5.0.
There is now a new version 6.0 with XML support. I expect the ip will work (as is) against the new version. (Not tested)
As per last post, you will need to download their COM object & get a temp/full licence key to use.
Once again, If you make changes or improvments
Please post for others to access.
Zip File Attached ..
regards
