One of our long standing clients has just contacted us to assist them
in finding a senior developer in their West Yorkshire office:
Senior Progress Analyst Programmer (GUI) - Leeds
Due to expansion and increased sales, the opportunity has now arisen
for a Senior Progress Developer to join a busy Development Team.
Reporting to the Development Manager, you will be responsible for
working on projects developing their award winning products, as well
as, supervising a small team.
Ideally degree educated, you will be able to demonstrate evidence of the
following:
* At least 2 years experience developing software in a Progress
environment, coupled with some knowledge of how to integrate
Active-X controls and communicate with third party packages
through ODBC, COM, OLE Automation and the Windows API.
* Experience of development team leadership
* The ability to produce well structured, efficient and accurate code
* Able to produce work which is of a high standard of accuracy
* You will be an excellent problem solver with the ability to
think analytically.
* Planning your work and meeting deadlines will be second nature to you
* You will be well motivated and thrive on a challenge.
Salary will be up to 30k GBP + good benefits
The company is based in very smart offices with easy commuting links to the
whole of the Yorkshire area.
