The standard sales report we use is OERR using the following criteria
stages 1 to 5
enter date ** /**/**
Stage 0 would include quotes as well but that's the only way to include Future orders which are always in stage 0.
I would stay away from trying to include Future orders because they will convert to Stock orders when their promise date/req ship date is fulfilled so they might be counted twice in sales reports; once when they are future orders, and a second time when they get converted to stock orders.
