Ok, 'raton' is Spanish for 'mouse', and I know that roulette is a kind of wheel, so I guess you want to know how to scroll a browse with a mouse wheel.

You need OpenEdge 10.0B.

I haven't tried it.

I've tried it now and it works for me on XP, 9.1D.

If you use it you will need to deploy it to all clients.
