Reverse Engineering

I need to do a reverse engineering in a Progress Database. Could you help me telling me what case could I use for that?

You can try Platinum ERwin to make reverse engneering.

We use ERwin 3.52 for for a long time and it proved to be one
of the best tools for progress database design.

It is possible to make reverse engeneering from *.df file.
It will restore tables and fields with all attributes.
Also it can compare database model and *.df file and create
incremental *.df file.
But there can be problems with relations. Erwin can only
guess the relations and in many cases make wrong decision.
Also ERwin has problem with chr(255) symbol. If there are
such symbol in *.df file - than replace it with space or something else.

No sequences. No Areas. No good for V9 and no intention of being so.
