Enhancement request for OpenAccess JDBC to add support for setClientInfo interface - Reason for request: OEM customers need to meet the security guidelines and requirements for the products that they create and also be able to use connection pooling. As a result, they need a way to pass the identity of the logged-in user to the JDBC driver. Since the OA JDBC driver currently conforms with the JDBC 3.0 spec, there is no support for setClientInfo, which is part of the JDBC 4.0 and higher spec. - Possible workarounds: No alternatives or workarounds exist for this requirement.
