I know this is a stupid ?, however,
1. 10.2B08
2 OS Ubuntu
3 replication plus 10.2
My manager is wondering if replication plus can replicate from 10.2B08 32-bit database to 11.7 64-bit database?

No. OpenEdge Replication requires the same release on source and targets.

Upgrading to 11.7 or beyond isn't difficult, but you aren't going to do it this way.

Yeah, its all the integration points that are difficult.
