Quick Access To Scope And Filters (view Only)

It would be nice if we could popup the filters when hovering over the word "conditions" rather than having to go up to the menu and toggle to get the advanced view (particularly useful during demos). And for the scope maybe we can pop that up if you hover over the little empty square to the left of "conditions"
