QAD Mfg/Pro upgrade to .Net UI

Our current QAD Mfg/Pro (MS DOS based) not so user freindly. Any body suggest whether upgrading to .Net UI is a good idea or not? How much it costs?

In current Version we are not using all functions correctly due to lack of knowledge, no Work instruction is available, and old employees who got training all left the company already (High attrition rate of employees in China).

So I am thinking to upgrade (if it doesn't cost much) or want to develop clear Work Instruction.
