Question QAD EA 2008 help request

Application splash screen appears, closes, no log in prompt appears. The app does not error or open up. Re-installed the app, same issue. Win 10 operating system. Any thoughts?

Check the database log for error messages.

If your client uses the -clientlog startup parameter, check the client log for error messages. If it doesn't, add -clientlog <path to client log file> to your client startup parameters.
