Progress DataDirect has added three new data connectors to our extensive portfolio for real-time data access.

The promise of big data has never been about simply accessing more data from your existing legacy data sources with the end goal of conducting business intelligence and analytics. It’s the variety of new sources of data where the benefits truly come into play.

With more data being generated than ever before, it is often the unique and newer data sources providing the nuggets of insights. When these morsels of data are analyzed, those results can make substantial differences for an organization. Progress DataDirect understands this, and continually develops additional connections to data sources that are important to you and your organization.

With that said, we are excited to announce the newest data connectors that will join our vast portfolio:

  • Yelp: The platform that crowdsources reviews about local businesses.
  • Google AdSense: Matches advertisers with content publishers.
  • Google Drive: Used to store, share and collaborate on files or folders.

By connecting to these platforms through SQL via ODBC or JDBC, organizations can now gain the real-time data access they need. This means: deeper insights from local content and user reviews from millions of businesses, cross-channel insights into earnings and inventory, and an enterprise view of critical files, content and users.

And don’t forget your preferred BI, analytics, or data management applications. Progress DataDirect provides easy integration to all the leading platforms so the data that is being generated within your organization can be reported and analyzed to drive better decisions.
