Progress FILE management question

I am new to progress world. During code development I have come across a problem.
I want to check whether a file exist on perticular path. I am unable to find the required progress routine.We are using Progress Dynamics.
Please suggest if you know the solution.

SEARCH() is good if you want or need to search the PROPATH.

If you're checking for the existence of a file at a known location or if you need to check for a directory (folder) or if you need to know things like "do I have write permission on the file?" then you might find FILE-INFO more useful.
