My Client is looking for a Progress DBA with experience of performance testing to join their development team. Applicants must have at least 4 to 5 years experience in Database Administration / Performance Tuning roles, good understanding of developing progress applications in n-trier architecture, basic familiarity with networking topologies / technologies, good knowledge of scripting languages for Unix/NT/Linux OS, ability to understand & work with industry standard performance monitoring tools that are available for various OS/Hardware configurations, familiarity with industry standards on Load & Regression testing, familiarity with JMS Products especially Sonic, and familiarity with the Oracle Database/Progress Data Server for Oracle.
