As previously implemented in the SQL Server ODBC driver, this is a request to support MetadataIdOffCaseInsensitive for the Redshift ODBC driver. Like SQL Server, Redshift is a case insensitive data source that should have the ability to do case insensitive searches with the table name parameter of SQLTables.
