Having srvrAppMode set as Development in ubroker.properties allows access to the workshop website via cgi-scripts. The workshop allow access to basically everything (Database and Operating System) with admin privileges and no authentication of any kind. This is a security issue that this is the "default". Please update the default for this setting to be Production.
