Can anyone confirm the following problem? The Progress WebClient Initializer (prowcini.exe) crashes on every run, without error messagebox. The problem occurs only on Windows 10 with TouchScreen, hasn't been a problem on Windows 8.1 or older. Error message in Windows Event Log: "Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: prowcini.exe, Version: 11.6.0.1233, Zeitstempel: 0x56219bab Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: combase.dll, Version: 10.0.10586.0, Zeitstempel: 0x5632d304 Ausnahmecode: 0xc0000602 Fehleroffset: 0x00056ffa ID des fehlerhaften Prozesses: 0x2ea8" I know, Windows 10 is not yet certified, but customers don't wait anymore ... Tech Support states, that they don't have other reports with this issue. Our clients use the Progress WebClient with Version 11.3.2. We tested with 11.6.0, with the same result. There is a workaround, to disable the touch device in device manager, start the Progress application, and enable the touch device as soon as the application is running. But this doesn't work on every system, unfortunately. Thanks for any feedback. Rolf
