Download Eclipse 4.8 Photon platform runtime binary - Eclipse Download Click Through Unzip and start eclipse.exe and go to Help -> Install New Software Press Add and enter (OE plugins depend on Eclipse 4.5 - Luna) Name: Luna Location: Luna Software Repository Press Add and enter Name: OpenEdge Location: \oeide\Architect_repo Select "OpenEdge - ..." from the work with drop down at the top if not yet selected. Uncheck "Group items by category" at the bottom and install "Progress Developer Studio for OpenEdge" Click Next to install plugins
