I never claimed that copyng a blocked dll unblocks it (didn't look @that). I only know that if I copy that blocked dll to the $DLC/bin it worked without a problem. I found on the web a few ways how to unblock files with script/program. Still need to look how I can use that to prevent this problem in the future. Thanks for all the help
