Progress Support has given me an answer. I have been using www.telerik.com/.../telerik to log into the Telerik cloud and that address now leads to the problem I described. If I instead use https://platform.telerik.com to log into the Telerik cloud then I will be sent directly to the Telerik Platform. It's not the solution I expected, but it is a solution so all is good again.
