_Connect VST has the field _Connect-ServerTid (the thread ID of the client's server) but _Servers or _ActServer VSTs don't have such fields. Should we ignore this field? What is the purpose of _Connect-Tid (the thread ID of the user session)? ABL sessions can consist of two threads if a database is running with a non-zero -usernotifytime but the second thread is just an attention thread and it does not have a separate record in _Connect table.
