OK, I got this thing fixed. What I did: Start the DOS-prompt (cmd.exe) as Administrator In the DOS-window, go to the directory where TCMAN resides (i.e. ~\CorticonWork\pas\server\bin ) Enter: set JAVA_HOME=C:\Java\jdk In the same DOS, enter: tcman service Corticon register The message Corticon service is registered appears
