Hello Anurag, There has been no changes on our end since July 9th so I dont think its an issue on this side. The timeout setting has not changed. However, I may need to ask you to add a specific IP (will DM you the IP details) to your domain's SPF record. This means that you are allowing the IP to send emails on behalf of your domain. And it will ensure the emails are not filtered or blocked. /Rahul
