In shared.properties you should set EmailSettingsOverrideAtCustomer = true Restart Rollbase and then configure at Tenant Level In Tenant, Go to Setup -> Email Server Settings Select Use following Email Server Enter all details. Click on Test Settings In test settings dialog, click on "Message was received in Inbox" button once you receive email Then save button will be enabled.
