From Rollbase generally, integration points are available via API (REST/SOAP) that can be exposed to external sources, or Portals created and links embedded in external applications. Have you had a chance to check if a REST client from Ruby / Rails would help you to achieve what you are looking for. Our documentation describes the exposed APIs under the Reference section: documentation.progress.com/.../reference.html It has been a while since you raised this question. If you have found a solution already, could you please share the details?
