Hi Shilpi - Let the db name in oracle database be RB_DBO.. Please do not change it. Just change the database name="RB". Now, even after this, it things do not work, then please try to access the database by providing the url,username & password you provided in the database.xml in the SQL developer and see if you can access the database. Also, if you can login, then please try to check if the schema has the rollbase tables. Regards.
