For example: If your machine name is "abc" and domain name is "mydomain.com" Then you have to modify Hostname property value in shared.properties file like below HostName=abc.mydomain.com:8080 Restart the server. Now, you should able to access Rollbase with the following URL abc.mydomain.com:8080/.../loginPrivate.jsp Thanks Srinivas
