Let's back up here a moment. What are you trying to do? Are you trying to start an appserver setup in OEM from an HTTP client? If so you can use HTTP basic, and the built-in HTTP client in the ABL to do this? You don't need to use .NET. Second, Why do you need the web browser? What do you intend to do with it?
