Yes, my preserve command is the same each time. The only reason I stopped the database at all was because I've found that ABL "SERV" connections don't handle online SQL schema changes very well. I have it on my list to open a case with Progress about the weird error messages we've seen in client/server connections after performing schema changes. The errors won't go away until the entire database is restarted.
