Thanks Simon - just a couple of Keybinding conflicts that I suspect are irrelevant. Interestingly it started happening after I applied a code update to my workspace. I've just helped a colleague apply the same update and he has the same message now, so I will look through the changes applied and see if there's anything obvious there.
