So - the situations where the reboot is being issued is due to normal server maintenance such as updates and recycling the Citrix farm. We need to reschedule this as it clashes with backups. The microtransaction is very curious and I need to know what the users are doing. Unfortunately the way they restart the db is by rebooting the whole server. Ouch.
