Thanks Jagan On the server we had appServerKeepaliveCapabilities=allowClientASK,allowServerASK serverASKActivityTimeout=30 serverASKResponseTimeout=30 On the client we only had -AppServerKeepalive allowServerASK Looks like there is more there that we need to add, I will give them a try and see how they go. Looks like we only got it half way ... Mark
