Yes, DataDirect Connect for ADO.NET Driver supports TLS 1.2 protocol. The List of CipherSuites available are usually depend on underlying Operating System. Here is the link to Microsoft document which lists the list of CipherSuites available for Windows 10 v1507 TLS Cipher Suites in Windows 10 v1507 - Windows applications You will find the links for other versions of Windows in the same section.
