You can make multiple alias for the same Server but Rollbase can work with only one domain name. So URLs with other aliases would resolve to the server but pages and responses given by Rollbase will only have a fixed domain (One that is in the license file or in HostName shared property) So in summary other aliases can act as starting point or entry points to Rollbase from browser but any further navigation would revert to the configured domain name.
