Hello Ranjana sinha , I agree with the fact that the formatting is a New UI feature however text should not be allowed for a phone number field in any case. Please provide a resolution for that scenario. Also when exactly are portal issues expected to be addressed? Future is a big vague. Do you have a date scoped out for this? Cheers. Iram
