Hello Rajkumar, Thanks for your reply. So do we use After Create and On Finalize together? How does the trigger know when to send the email i.e. After Create or After Update? I'm just going to post a discussion about it in this forum to get a detailed reply for "On Finalize". I shall try that out and get back to you. Thanks. Iram
