Dear all, Sometimes we receveid the message : Caused by: com.savvion.sbm.bizlogic.util.BizLogicException: (1703) Exception occurs in database transaction.; context(BLDAOService.handle(Th))(3683) No record exists for WorkStep Instance with the Id and Process Instance Id in the table .; context(WorkStepInstanceDAO.load) For this process we configure the Rollback, and after a few attempts the process ends. How to avoid this suspension? Thanks, Fernando
