I recreated an old webforms form as MVC. I changed the template for the page to an MVC template. Just dropped the MVC Form widget on the page and selected my new recreated form. Where are the email options? There used to be "E-mail options" and "E-mail template", where you specified where the submitted form data would be emailed to, what the subject line would be, whether to attach any uploaded files to the email. etc.
