Hi, For Creating New Customer and support access in Kerberos Authentication ( Step 5 in Creating new Customer " http://documentation.progress.com/output/rb/doc/#page/rb/kerberos-authentication-details.html" ) Can any one suggest me how can i "Enable support access" so that i can use the support login from the master tenant .
